Technik » On-premise Authentication with Cloud-based directories

Hi,
I am looking to set up some sort of authentication method for the network (ie RADIUS) to use with a cloud-based user directory. No luck on finding any good guides on such a set-up across the web, but I would think that the simplest way would be to set-up a physical RADIUS server in-house and then program it to make secure API-based requests to the cloud server(like office 365) in order to authenticate clients.

What do you suggest?
