Handwerk » Problem crafting Barnes

Hi,
I have a problem with Barnes. I got the Karazhan adventure and completed it in normal a long time ago. I have dienchanted him for dust. But now when i want to craft him again, I Can't. It says "Unlocked in the Opera. in One Night in Karazhan"
What am I doing wrong or is it a Bug?
Please help.
