Hello there,

Have just inherited a tv1 and am unable to log in to itunes or youtube. it keeps “telling” me the user name/password couldn’t be found. i can log in to my home wireless and play music through the tv1 via itunes on my imac.
i’ve done the factory reset a couple of times and the tv1 tells me the software is up to date (version 3.0.1). i’ve also tried using an ethernet hook up. does this mean the tv1 is no longer a viable unit?

Please help.
