So, I'm not a PvP expert as I only play it for shiggles. But I do play it enough that I do know a little something. But, is it me or has PvP become an entirely different monster after 5.0? It seems like it takes 100 times longer to actually kill someone. I was in a 1 v 1 battle in Civil War and the two of us literally sat there and slugged it out for 2 minutes straight without anyone dying, nor even losing much health. Finally 2 others on my team came and we finally killed him, which actually took a lot longer that it seemed it should. I was playing a huttball match and, I kid you not, watched a healer carry the ball for over a minute while 4 of us pounded the crap out of them and their health never went below 3/4. I tried every tier of PvP to make sure it wasnt just a level 70 issue and its in every tier. Is this intended? Because if it is its going to make PvP matches, especially huttball, very difficult as someone can just sit there and walk the ball across the entire map while half the team pounds the snot out of them. Also, did they change the way "kills" were scored? I seem to get a crap load less kills than before. I was just wondering if they changed it where scoring hits on an enemy that died gave you a "kill". Now, I know some of you elite PvP gods will come on here and say you need to get gooder, but like I said, Im not a pro but I have played enough to recognize differences in what PvP played like before 5.0 and after
Any help will be apprecited.
