uninstalled, downloaded, repaired, etc on the Visual C++ file but game still gives the same error

Hello,

I've read several topics about the MSVCP110.dll problem but currently none of the suggested fixes have worked for me. When I try to run from Steam (and this applies to all 3 of the Wargame..games) it simply fails to launch. When I try to launch from the system folder I get the MSVCP110.dll is not correct etc error. I've uninstalled, downloaded, repaired, etc on the Visual C++ file but game still gives the same error when I try to launch. Please advise.

Please help.
